Madrichim-in-Training (MIT) is a weekly training program to prepare teens to become Madrichim.
Teens are required to complete MIT before becoming Madrichim. Rising 8th graders (and rising 9th graders who have not completed MIT) should select MIT in their application.
In the fall semester, MIT will meet to learn with Madrichim Supervisor Robin Wald, guest speakers, Madrichim alumni, and upper-class Madrichim to develop important classroom management skills. MITs will be assigned to observe Kulanu classes of different ages, Hebrew and Judaics, during the spring semester, to enhance and support their learning.
