Monday, May 6th 9:30a to 10:30aExplore and align with Jewish themes relating to the new month (Rosh Hodesh) through an embodied mindful movement practice featuring a joyful and healthy practice of yoga, breathwork, contemplation and learning. Registration requested, drop ins welcome.
