Students in 12th grade who have participated in at least three years of Madrichim are eligible to apply for the ELI 2.0: Educational Leadership Institute for the Next Generation. In addition to serving as Madrichim in a classroom, 12th grade madrichim attend monthly workshops with Kulanu’s Director of Education, Gina Fass and guest educators, and may choose to complete a capstone project.
