This study group, led by Bet Torah congregant Jon Garfunkel, will explore environmentalism through a Jewish lens.

Through this class we'll look to answer these questions:
Is there a nature-aware Judaism within scriptures & from Jewish history that we've been missing?
What does Jewish ethics offer in terms of addressing our ecological & climate crises?

We will use Biblical & Talmudic sources as well as these contemporary books, which will all be available in the Bet Torah library:
