Application should be completed by a teen, not by a teen's parent. Due by Shabbat on Friday, June 16. 

PLACEMENT IS LIMITED. Priority will be given to returning teens, and earliest received applications.

Teens in 8th and 9th grade who are new to the program should apply to Madrichim-in-Training. Teens in 12th grade can apply to ELI 2.0.
