In this class, taught by Rabbi Stephen Axinn, we will examine what—really—is meant by prophecy and who were the giants of classical biblical prophecy?  In this course, we will study the quality of true prophecy and closely examine some of the most important of our prophets, including Amos, Hosea, Isaiah(s) and Ezekiel. 

The course will explore what made these prophets great in their own time and even greater today.

Steve Axinn was ordained in 2022 by AJR.  He spent about 50 years as an antitrust lawyer in New York and Washington.  His most important distinction is that Rabbi Lisa Sacks witnessed and signed his Smicha certificate.
