Explore and align with Jewish themes relating to the new month (Rosh Hodesh) through an embodied mindful movement practice featuring a joyful and healthy practice of yoga, breathwork, contemplation and learning. Registration requested, drop ins welcome.

During this monthly group we will study a small selection from the Mishnah (specifically Pirkei Avot - Ethics of Our Ancestors), and from there spend time reflecting on the legacy of those we have lost and the process of mourning.

Writing is a life skill that we should all cultivate, and it can serve as a way to access your spiritual self. Taught by David Kellogg and Rabbi Sacks.

Open to teens in 8th-12th grade, Nosh and Drash is a safe space for open, judgement-free dialogue to discuss current events and the world around us.

Come explore dreams in Judaism and in your own personal life, as a source of prophecy, connection with God's Presence, healing, and divination. We will study texts from Torah, Talmud, Zohar, and Rabbinic sages, and actively engage with our own and each other's dreams through a dreamworking hevruta process based on teachings by Rav Jill Hammer in her book UnderTorah: An Earthbased Kabbalah of Dreams.

Saturday morning young family program for nursery school age students and their families with Shabbat songs, stories and prayers led by Morah Mindy and staff. Young families, parents, grandparents and friends are all invited! Followed by a kid-friendly Kiddush.
