Explore Jewish wisdom and themes through physical yoga, breathing and silent reflection. Teachings will reflect on the weekly Torah parsha, holidays, mussar/middot, and kabbalistic teachings. The yoga practice is accessible for all levels, beginner through advanced. Have your own yoga mat (yoga blocks, a strap, and blanket optional but helpful).

Participants in our Paired Learning program will come together on Monday night, March 20th from 6:30-7:30 pm at Bet Torah to kickoff this year's course of chevruta study. We'll start by learning a Mishnah in memory of Eli Abemayor who was a dedicated participant of this program for many years. Then, each pair will be invited to briefly share their topic with the group. A light dinner will be served.
