Matan: Essentials of Judaism for Adults

Morning Minyan

Explore Jewish wisdom and themes through physical yoga, breathing and silent reflection. Teachings will reflect on the weekly Torah parsha, holidays, mussar/middot, and kabbalistic teachings. The yoga practice is accessible for all levels, beginner through advanced. Have your own yoga mat (yoga blocks, a strap, and blanket optional but helpful).

All are welcome to join this study group focused on the apocryphal books (ancient texts that did not make it into the biblical canon). In-person and on Zoom

Our Film Club is a fun and relaxed way to get more from your movies. Watch the film on your own and then we join together for what is always an engaging and enriching discussion. Newcomers always welcome.

This program will take entertaining to a new level. Chef Ayela Krispin will teach how to use prepared meats, dried fruits, nuts and other goodies to create the perfect charcuterie board. All items are prepared in a glatt kosher home. Each guest will be provided a board and leave with their masterpiece. Light snacks and wine will be provided. For questions contact Robyn Chapman.
